6. What should I do if my refrigeration unit isn't working?
The major reason for equipment malfunction is inadequate cleaning. The coils on the unit allow heat to escape from the machine, and if they are clogged with dust and lint, your machine will run longer and harder, causing increased wear and skyrocketing energy bills. If your machine is clean, you should ask yourself is if you've done anything differently. For example, when you take thirty gallons of soup off the stove and put it in the freezer, understand that it's going to take a long time for the unit to return to an acceptable temperature. If neither of those are causing the problem, give us a call and we'll fix it professionally and properly.
