Schordine Refrigeration, Inc., is an authorized in-warranty service agent for Manitowoc, and Scotsman, and Heat Siphon, and qualified to service all other types of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning units. Schordine Refrigeration is certified by the RSES Educational Foundation and the EPA to handle and use all types of refrigerant. Technicians have Master Electician certification and routinely attend industry education seminars and pride themselves on their high level of ability. If it's broken, we can fix it.

Schordine Refrigeration also sells all types of refrigeration units, as well as parts for all machines. Installation is not a problem! We specialize in commercial service, but no job is too small. Schordine Refrigeration has been a trusted, respected member of the community for almost ninety years. The original business, Schordine Electric, was founded in 1916, before the age of mechanical refrigeration. The founder, Fred Schordine, held 23 patents for various innovations (including the electric fuse). Fred was truly ahead of his time.

Fred's business also acted as an authorized American Flyer dealer, as the first RCA television distributor on Long Island, and as an authorized Philco radio service location. In 1923, Schordine Electric was renamed Schordine Refrigeration, as Fred converted thousands of iceboxes into refrigeration units.

After Fred died, his son George Schordine continued the Schordine business, and in due course Michael Schordine, the third generation of Schordine Refrigeration, succeded his father as President.

Now and qualified to service all types of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning units, the Schordine tradition continues unbroken, spanning nearly ninety years of quality service.
